Rusif Huseynov speaks at roundtable in Armenia
On 13 February 2026, Topçubashov Center Director Rusif Huseynov delivered remarks at a roundtable discussion held in Armenia under the framework of the Peace Bridge Initiative. His speech focused on the current state of the Armenia–Azerbaijan peace process and its potential future trajectories. The session concluded with a question-and-answer segment followed by broader discussions.
The Peace Bridge Initiative was established as a platform for direct dialogue between representatives of Armenian and Azerbaijani civil societies. The first two meetings within the framework, bringing together 10 experts, were held in Armenia in October 2025 and in Azerbaijan in November 2025.
The third meeting convened a larger group of experts, including Topchubashov Center Deputy Director Murad Muradov. The Azerbaijani delegation traveled to the meeting by crossing the delimited section of the Armenia–Azerbaijan land border.
