On October 16-17, co-founder of Topchubashov Center, Murad Muradov took part in the 4th Manas Forum held at Ibn Khaldun University, Istanbul. This year’s forum, themed “Enhancing Connectivity and Cooperation in Eurasia,” gathered prominent scholars and experts from across the region.
