Topchubahsov Center's team spoke at a conference in Almaty
Murad Muradov, Gulkhanim Mammadova, and Simona Scotti from the Topchubahsov Center participated in the conference “Central Asia in a Changing World: Peace, Security, and the Dynamics of Conflicts”, held on November 27–28, 2025, in Almaty. The event was hosted by Kazakh-German University (DKU) in partnership with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung.
During the conference, our team organized a panel focused on Central Asia–South Caucasus cooperation. In their presentations, they addressed the importance of connecting these two regions, strategies for fostering collaboration, the role of identity and cultural diplomacy, and the EU Black Sea Strategy, highlighting its relevance as a framework linking both regions.
