Rusif Huseynov starts his Think Visegrad Fellowship in Budapest
In October 2025, Topchubashov Center Director Rusif Huseynov started his Think Visegrad Fellowship in Budapest, as part of the 2025 cohort of the program.
During the fellowship, he is affiliated with the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs (Magyar Külügyi Intézet). His research focuses on lessons from the Visegrad Four (V4) model and their relevance for advancing regional cooperation and integration in the South Caucasus.
The project explores how experiences of Central European regionalism can inform locally driven and pragmatic formats of cooperation in a geopolitically contested region.
