On 3 April 2023, Director of Topchubashov Center Rusif Huseynov participated in the seminar “EU - Azerbaijan relations: prospects and benefits” and delivered his remarks on the current situation and emerging opportunities between Azerbaijan and the European Union.

The event was organized by the Embassy of Sweden in Baku, in the capacity as holder of the EU Presidency, in partnership with ADA University.
