Maharram Akbarov is a Research Intern at Topchubashov Center. He is a third-year student of International Relations at Vistula University in Warsaw. He previously studied Sociology at the Middle East Technical University (METU) in Ankara. His research interests include diplomacy, regional security, and international relations in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), with a focus on state formation and foreign policy.
