Rusif Huseynov, Director of Topchubashov Center, has been selected as a Local Focal Point for the EU4Dialogue project. Within this capacity, he would cover specific background research on Azerbaijan, facilitate the project-related issues from the Azerbaijani side and support the outreach of Brussels-based experts to their Azerbaijani counterparts.

The EU4Dialogue project is funded by the European Union and implemented by a consortium led by the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (Germany).
