Alimardan Bey Topchubashov's book “Formation of Azerbaijan”, published jointly by “Chapar” magazine and Topchubashov Center was released. The inaugural presentation of the book will take place at the book fairs in Baku Expo Center and Baku Sports Palace on 6 October 2021.
