Tabib Huseynov is an independent policy analyst and researcher with 18 years of experience in conflict analysis, risk assessment, and program management in the South Caucasus and Ukraine. His previous roles include serving as the Caucasus Analyst for the International Crisis Group think-tank, Ukraine Country Director at the humanitarian safety organization INSO and Deputy Head of Mission Security at the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine.
