Admir Lisica

Researcher

Admir Lisica is born and living in Sarajevo – Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is a Master of History, a researcher in the field of Balkan political relations, international politics and diaspora communities. He gained experience working in numerous media and non-governmental organizations. He served as president and leader of the think-thank Balkan Center for Analysis and Studies, he was an employee of the "Alija Izetbegović" Museum in the position of researcher. He is the author of three books "Stories from the Diaspora and Homeland", "Bosniak Emigration: Challenges and Perspectives" and "Bosniaks Facing the Challenges of Global Political Processes: political Making of a Nation". He is also the author of the exhibition "Diplomatic Path of Alija Izetbegović" and co-author of the exhibition "Alija Izetbegović - between East and West". He is a member of the editorial board of the publication "Bosniaks, Albanians and Turks - Past and Perspectives" and the editor of the publication "Stories from Herzegovina". In the previous period, he participated in several international conferences, and as a lecturer held a large number of lectures in the region and the diaspora. The subject of his interest is international relations, diaspora communities, and international political relations.
