Rusif Huseynov speaks at session with Ibero-American diplomats
On March 11, Rusif Huseynov, Director of Topchubashov Center, sat down with diplomats from Ibero-American countries in Baku. Facilitated by the Mexican Embassy, the session was attended by the heads of diplomatic missions of Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Portugal in Azerbaijan.
