On 28 September, the director of Topchubashov Center Rusif Huseynov partook in the First Forum of Think Tanks of Azerbaijan organized by the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center). In his speech at the panel dedicated to the role of think tanks in peacebuilding efforts in the South Caucasus, Huseynov shared the experience and efforts of the Topchubashov Center in the Azerbaijani-Armenian engagement after the 2020 war.
