On July 9-14 "Bir Konullu" Students Cooperation Public Union and Baku Slavic University jointly organized the ”Political Science and Diplomacy" Summer School in the Shamakhi region. On the 5th day of the summer school, co-founder and director of Topchubashov Center Rusif Huseynov held an informative session on the topic “Azerbaijan as a key state in the unstable region”, which was followed by the group discussion format.
