Rusif Huseynov speaks at Budapest Global Dialogue 2025
On 17 June 2025, Topchubashov Center`s Director Rusif Huseynov joined a panel at Budapest Global Dialogue 2025.
In the panel titled "Global Crossroads: the CEE, the Balkans and the Caucasus in the New World Order," he spoke about nations of the afore-mentioned regions as bridge states—linking diverse civilisations, geopolitical blocs, connectivity models, and economic systems; a position that grants them strategic flexibility and greater autonomy in shaping.
The Budapest Global Dialogue is an annual conference co-organized by Hungarian Institute of International Affairs and Observer Research Foundation.
