On November 27, Simona Scotti delivered a presentation at the webinar "Geopolitica e conflitti nel Caucaso: sfide attuali e sviluppi futuri", co-organized by SpecialEurasia, Opinio Juris - Law & Politics Review, Notizie Geopolitiche and CeSEM - Centro Studi Eurasia Mediterraneo. She presented the developments in Azerbaijan one year after the end of the Second Karabakh War, discussing the current status of the reconstruction of Karabakh, the major challenges and the Italian interests in the region.
