On April 27–30, Topchubashov Center Research Fellow Mahammad Mammadov participated in the workshop “The New Geopolitics of South Caucasus and Central Asia: Great Power Influence and Regional Transformation,” organized by Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies in cooperation with Eesti Diplomaatide Kool/ Estonian School of Diplomacy. During the panel on “Geopolitics of Energy and Connectivity”, he outlined key regional trends, focusing on how Azerbaijan is leveraging its strategic location to deepen engagement with multiple global power centers.
