Mahammad Mammadov speaks at a panel discussion in Hungary
On 3 February 2025, Mahammad Mammadov, Topchubashov Center research fellow, attended the panel discussion titled “The Interconnector State: Hungary as Central Europe’s Future Energy Hub,” organized by the Danube Institute.
In his remarks, Mahammad Mammadov addressed Azerbaijan’s role in the energy security of Central European countries, the activities of Hungary’s MOL and MVM companies in Azerbaijan, as well as the strategic importance of the Black Sea Electricity Cable project for Hungary and other European states.
