Ludovika delegation visits Topchubashov Center
On 14 October 2025, a delegation of Ludovika - UPS University of Public Service, Director General for International Affairs Liliana Śmiech and Senior Advisor David Biró visited Topchubashov Center, where they were hosted by Rusif Huseynov, the Center`s director, Gulkhanim Mammadova, Research Fellow, and Alberto Carrer, Research Intern.
The meeting focused on exploring prospects for cooperation between Topchubashov Center and the newly established Ludovika Center for Turkic Studies. The parties discussed potential areas of collaboration, including joint research projects, publications, expert exchanges, and academic dialogue aimed at fostering mutual understanding.
Both sides expressed their commitment to maintaining close contact and working towards concrete forms of partnership in the near future.
