Dutch diplomats attend Topchubashov Center
On August 2, the Topchubashov Center was attended by Dutch diplomats, the Ambassador of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to Baku Pauline Eizema, Military Attaché for Azerbaijan and Turkey Colonel J. Blickman, and the Research Officer Koen Claessen. During their meeting with Rusif Huseynov, Mahammad Mammadov and Gulkhanim Mammadova from Topchubashov Center, the parties discussed the Center`s post-war activities and regional developments.
