Vusal Safarli is the PR and Communications Manager at Topchubashov Center. With more than 10 years of experience in communications, his work focuses on soft power, propaganda, and strategic influence, particularly how narratives shape public opinion, political behaviour, and international perceptions. His interests also include disinformation, media influence, and the role of communication in shaping beliefs and attitudes.
He holds a bachelor’s degree from Azerbaijan State University of Economics and a master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy (summa cum laude) from Azerbaijan University of Languages.
